  • A vestibule at our main entrance prevents the loss of conditioned air and heat.
  • Automatic hand dryers in our restrooms use 80% less energy and provide a 95% cost savings over paper towels. They're more hygienic too.

  • We use "Variable frequency drive" (VFD) technology to dry our cars. This uses less electricity, prevents electrical surges, affords better drying ability, and cuts down on noise.

  • Our new LEED SILVER Certified Dealership saves 270,000 gallons of water and sewage per year.
  • All of the 35-40 gallons needed to presoak and wash our cars will be recycled, so net water usage is zero.
  • Water from our "spot free" rinse process is sent to our "grey water" system and used in our dealership toilets. No more wasting valuable well water in toilets.
  • All of the urinals in the dealership are waterless. Waterless technology saves up to 45,000 gallons of water and sewer usage per year.
  • All restroom faucets are equipped with infrared sensors. These sensors are healthier because they reduce cross- contamination. They also reduce fresh water consumption.
  • Carpet in the customer lounge and offices is 100% recycled.
  • High-performance Solarban 60 Solar Control Low-E glass minimizes heating and cooling energy loss.
  • Our stylish showroom and office furniture has high recycled content and recycling capability.
  • There's a recycle bin on every floor of our dealership. We also recycled over 90% of all of our construction waste during construction.
  • Waste oil from our service department is reused to heat our service, parts, and car wash areas.
  • Cabinets and millwork are built with materials from agricultural waste products or certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) which avoids harvesting trees for lumber.
  • We installed a private shower for employees who wish to bike or jog to work.
