Flemington, N.J. - Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is a 2025 President’s Award recipient and now a five-time winner of the award. This is the highest honor that can be achieved by a Toyota dealership.
To qualify, the dealership met or exceeded standards in a range of performance indicators, including Sales Satisfaction, Service Satisfaction, Market Share Attainment, Vehicle Delivery Excellence and Employee Training and Certification.

Further evidence of the exceptional team in place at Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is the acknowledgement of Controller Gina Vatti with a Silver Award for the 2025 Toyota Controllers Excellence Award. The award signifies achievement of early financial statement submissions and accurate utilization of accounts according to the Toyota Dealer Accounting Guidelines.
Vatti has been with Beans for 13 years and said she shares the core values that ground the Beans organization in putting others first, whether that’s coworkers or customers. She leads her own 10-person accounting team with those values in mind.
“My greatest impact is leading with my own clear processes and by setting expectations, coaching and mentoring,” Vatti added.
