Despite more competition in its class, the latest edition Prius One model comes with more standard features than its rivals including a rearview camera, automatic climate control, forward-collision warning, cruise control, and lane-department warning.
Even with more Korean-based hybrids on the road, the Toyota Prius is still a fan-favorite and continues to set the bar for other hybrids in its class.
The new Toyota Prius model comes in at $24,360, about $1,200 lower than the Prius Two. This new Prius model remains mechanically the same as the more expensive Prius models and averages an EPA-estimate 52 miles per gallon.
Though the new Prius One is coming with fewer overall features than other Prius models, Toyota still expects it to be a major hit for drivers looking for an affordable hybrid option.
